Tell us:

• the email address on your PawnOffers account;
• what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
• the item or shop it's about, if there is one.

Never send us your password or a verification code. We will never ask for them.

Where to go for common questions

• About a loan, your pawn ticket, or picking up your item: contact the shop. The loan is between you and the shop, and only the shop can change it.
• Stopping texts: reply STOP to any text, or turn texts off in Settings. See our SMS Terms.
• Deleting your account: go to Settings and choose “Delete my account”. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens.
• Getting a copy of your data, or correcting or deleting it: email us. See your privacy rights.
• Reporting a problem with a shop or another user: email us with the details.

Own a pawn shop?

Claim your business to find your shop's listing and claim it. If it isn't listed, request an invite and we'll add it. Questions about your listing, a claim, or your team? Email support@pawnoffers.app.
